ONCB’s Voucher Program provides organizations with a streamlined, flexible way to support nurses seeking certification. Through this program, organizations may purchase exam vouchers in advance and distribute unique voucher codes to eligible nurses, who can then apply those codes as payment when submitting their ONC or ONP-C certification exam applications. The voucher program offers enhanced tracking and ease of use for both organizations and candidates. Organizations can more efficiently manage voucher distribution, while candidates benefit from a simple, user-friendly redemption process during exam registration.
Vouchers may also be used in conjunction with ONCB’s Retest for Success program, providing additional flexibility and support for candidates pursuing certification.
Voucher Pricing
- ONC Exam Voucher: $450 per voucher
- ONP-C Exam Voucher: $500 per voucher
Payment Methods
Organizations may remit payment via credit card or ACH.
Guidelines & Restrictions
- Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
- Vouchers are non-refundable, and unused vouchers will expire at the end of the 12-month term. Extensions are not permitted.
- Participant names are not required at the time of purchase; however, it is the organization’s responsibility to assign vouchers to eligible individuals.
- Unused vouchers expire after 12 months, with no extensions granted.
