- Payments may be made by credit card or by ACH. Please contact ONCB for banking information.
- ONCB does not accept check payments.
Refund & Rescheduling
All cancellation and refund requests must be made at least 2 business days before the scheduled exam.
To request a refund:
- Cancel the scheduled exam through the Meazure Learning Connect portal. Meazure Learning will apply a $50 fee for exam cancellation or rescheduling.
- Then request a refund from ONCB. ONCB will refund the exam fee less a $100 administrative fee.
No refund is given if a candidate is absent for a scheduled exam without notifying of the Meazure Learning. Candidates who do not schedule their exams before expiration of the eligibility period will forfeit their exam fees. Each candidate’s eligibility period for testing is determined based on the date of application approval.
